Alter the quality setting between 40 + 60 (ish). This is why you do a one minute test, so you can make the file size as close to 800mb as possible. (yes 800Mb, that's how much goes onto a 80min disc - just accept that fact)

As an example, setting it to 48 produced a copy of jay and bob (104mins) which came to 660Mb. Loading the final BIN file into CDRwin makes a 65minute CDR. Loads of room.

I suggest you leave 2, and 3 alone. Unless the film is short.
